The ?Green Deal? strategy launched by EU aiming at innovation-oriented growth to turn EU into the world?s first net-zero carbon emissions region by 2050. China will also reach the same target by 2060 according to President Xi. It is getting more urgent for industrial cities to consider innovative transforming. This topic aims to encourage discussion and exchange of ideas and sharing of best practice applications among industrial experts in terms of sustainable development of city innovative transforming.
