The success story of Liuzhou Luosifen

Liuzhou, one of the IURC China pilot cities, has created a production chain with the local traditional snack Luosifen (the river snail noodles), creating more than 300,000 jobs and helping a large number of farmers to increase their income and wealth.

In IURC China, Liuzhou is seeking the opportunity to cooperate with European cities/regions on sustainable food chains and food systems.
