This March 13th, started the three-day study visit of two members of the European Project Office Government of Cantabria (Spain) in Chihuahua (Mexico), with the aim of developing their areas of interest such as health, education, entrepreneurship and innovation.
They had the opportunity to participate in the first edition of the “Expo Talento Humano” of Chihuahua, as well as to visit the most sustainable Heineken factory in the world, and to visit the future Science and Technology Park (SPARK) with the Institute for the Support of Technological Development (INADET)
